Technology exchange for shared progress

Build opportunities beyond familiar boundaries.

ExoTrade brings traders, researchers, and investors together to explore technology exchange opportunities involving Non-Human Intelligences (NHI). Members can create projects, contribute capital, technology, perform research, invest or provide other resources, and build projects that will be shared with all of humanity through the Institute for Scientific Integrity and Legal Policy, a private foundation setup for this mission.

ExoTrade vision of a luminous future city framed by a technological portal

A role for capital, action, and ideas.

Trader

Source opportunities, coordinate exchanges, negotiate terms, and carry projects through testing and deployment. Apply for paid roles, volunteer assignments, profit participation, or a project you lead.

Researcher

Investigate opportunities, document evidence, validate technical claims, and contribute analysis from wherever you work. Research can become a paid assignment, volunteer contribution, original project, or an agreed share of a future deal.

Investor

Support qualified projects with capital and agreed resources. Investor participation starts at USD 1,000,000 in proposed investment capacity. Approved deal terms define capital recovery, preferred returns, and capped profit rights. Submit interest now; funding opens in a later phase.

Individuals and organizations may apply. Trader and researcher applications have no investment minimum. Roles and project access require approval. Paid work and profit participation depend on the specific assignment and signed terms.

Earn substantial rewards. Extend the benefits.

ExoTrade records contributions and proposed deal rights before execution. Traders receive the largest default share of residual participant profit; investors receive agreed priority; accepted research can receive origination or material-contribution rights. The proposed model allows significant but capped gains, then directs surplus profits to Intelligentism for infrastructure, food systems, housing, and usable technology access. Economics vary by approved deal. Participation, wages, and investment returns are not guaranteed.

Technology should reach people.

Every qualifying technology project defines testing, usable rights, deployment, affordability, training, and maintenance. Intelligentism directs its allocations toward working infrastructure and measurable public benefit.

Fair exchange, shared abundance

Private initiative. Shared progress.

ExoTrade’s governance model rewards meaningful contributions within approved limits while requiring each commercial deal to define practical commitments for access, affordability, deployment, training, and maintenance. These are commitments for evaluating and developing opportunities—not claims that imagined technologies are available, promises of universal cash payments, or a live settlement system.
