Why ExoTrade?
ExoTrade responds to longstanding concerns that advanced technologies—including those attributed to extraterrestrial and other non-human intelligences—have been withheld from public access and concentrated among a small circle of unelected commercial interests. Its purpose is to create a fair, accountable exchange through which knowledge and technology can reach people, reward meaningful contributions, and discourage hoarding and greed.
What do we encourage?
We welcome technologies and information that support abundance, exploration, brotherhood, spiritual inquiry, and advanced sciences. Priority goes to practical improvements in food, housing, energy, health, transportation, creativity, education, and humanity’s understanding of the universe.
What could this look like?
Our vision includes a 3D printer that translates a voluntarily expressed mental design into a physical object; a music application that turns a song imagined in the mind into an MP3; and edible landscapes integrated into homes and communities, with autonomous watering, nutrient delivery, and plant care. These are illustrative ambitions whose feasibility, safety, and capabilities must be demonstrated.
What is prohibited?
ExoTrade prohibits weapons, coercive mind control, nonconsensual access to thoughts, and technologies intended for exploitation or harm. Any interface involving the mind must preserve informed consent, privacy, personal agency, and the ability to disconnect.
Who can participate?
Traders bring opportunities into action. Researchers contribute evidence, ideas, and technical understanding. Investors supply capital and resources. Individuals and organizations may apply, with assignments structured as paid work, volunteer contributions, project leadership, or agreed profit participation.
How is value shared?
Contributors can earn substantial but limited rewards. Investors receive agreed capital and return priorities; researchers receive recognition and negotiated rights for origination and material contributions. Approved deal terms cap private gains and direct surplus value to Intelligentism for infrastructure, housing, food systems, and technology deployment.
How do the benefits reach people?
ExoTrade requires each approved commercial deal to establish how proceeds from sales, the technology itself, or both will be distributed equitably to people, with equal access and benefit wherever feasible. Distribution must account for the technology’s capabilities, safety, costs, location, infrastructure requirements, and the circumstances surrounding its acquisition and use. Agents, traders, investors, and other participants may receive agreed compensation and substantial but capped rewards; they may not hoard acquired technology or reserve its benefits exclusively for themselves.
This model does not promise that everything will be free, and it is not welfare. ExoTrade advances a fair form of hybrid capitalism that balances the risks, capital, expertise, and effort contributed by participants with society’s need for access and shared progress. Prices, licensing, commercial returns, and distribution arrangements must support sustainable development while preventing artificial scarcity and excessive concentration of benefits.
The platform provides a path to test, develop, grow, and integrate advanced technology into our economy. Each project must define practical commitments for deployment, affordability, access, training, and maintenance so that commercial success translates into benefits people can actually use.
What is our commitment?
We will distinguish aspirations from demonstrated capabilities, document contributions honestly, and make sharing useful through testing, access rights, affordability, training, and maintenance. Success means that technology reaches people and improves their lives.
