Accounts may hold multiple separately approved roles and may represent approved organizations. Project membership is granted per project and is separate from role approval.

Engagement types

• Paid employment / paid contract — always lists pay, hiring entity, and whether funding is planned, funded, or open.
• Volunteer — optional, never mandatory unpaid work.
• Profit participation — proposed rights in a future deal; not wages and not guaranteed.
• Founder-led — a project you propose and lead, subject to review.

Investor applications require USD 1,000,000 or more in proposed investment capacity. No funds are accepted in Phase 1.
